Rock my Bike

Daddy bought me a Fisher Price Rock 'n' Roll Trike. There are 3 different ways that I can ride on. I can either ride on my own (but my legs not long enough yet hehehe) or I can sit and Daddy push the trike using the long red handle. This mean machine can also be transformed into a rocking bike, like the one in the video below.

As always, I like to do things myself. So I like to push the trike myself hahaha...

My Dance style

When I hear music, I may start to sway and dance. But my style is still quite 'basic' and 'zombie-ish'....just shift my weight from left to right foot and vice versa as shown in this video clip.

PS: I was having my afternoon milk milk during that time hehehe...

Updates

Some updates to what I can do so far:
- Sharing my milk or cookies with Daddy and Mommy by stretching a bottle or the cookie out to their mouth.
- Mimic the sound of eating
- Put hands together and clap
- Run/skip slightly
- Climb up and down steps in a smoother manner now but still need support
- Tried to feed myself by holding the spoon and making a mess hehehe...sometimes using left hand!

New Tooth

Mommy found one more new tooth coming out from my upper gums. It's called a Canine.
Now I have 5 on top and 4 below. Hmm...but according to those teeth eruption charts, my Molar should come first. Strange.
More teeth to brush now.

Ain't no mountain high enough

I like to climb up to the computer desk these days and play with the keyboard, mouse and printer.







Other things that I can do now at 13 month old:
- wave goodbye (yeah! I did it! But usually to people who drive or walk past me hehe)
- turn in circles (like dancing; only do it in very rare times when I'm happy)
- say gou-gou or gao gao (but I don't mean dogs)
- climb up Daddy's and Mommy's bed
- climb up the sofa
- know where is the potty but refused to sit on it to pee and poop hehe
- know which button on the remote control can switch on and off the tv
- stamp my feet on the floor if I'm not happy
- loves to drink fresh milk from my Munchkin sippy cup
- know that I have to go to the closet to get my shoes before I go out
- know that I have to go to the bathroom when Mommy says "brush teeth" or "shower shower"
- open drawers, put things inside but do not close them

浪花一朵朵

咦?为什么今天的posting变成华文的呢?
妈咪说她很久没有写华文字了. 为了不让华文退步, 她采用了bilingual的方式把我小岷岷的blog变成这样. 我说妈咪啊,你真是"吃饱没事做"啊? 嬉嬉.....

Anyway, 今天的天气风和日丽，"趴趴"(爸爸)和妈咪(妈妈)带我到Huntington Beach去。
可是我们并没有带我的泳裤和游泳纸尿片. 我就只好穿着我当时穿的衣服.
这是我第一次看到大海和海浪.
这也是我第一次赤着脚踏在沙滩上。感觉软软的, 整个人好像要沉下去似的, 好难走啊.

爸爸牵着我的手走向大海. 那些浪花一朵一朵的滚上岸来, 把我们的双脚和裤子都弄湿了. 就连我的尿片都不放过! 气! 虽然很好玩, 但也非常的冷. 当时的气温大概只有七十多度(华氏), 风也挺大的, 所以我们也没呆在那儿太久. 玩了一会儿,我们就沿着海边走走看看, 吹吹海风.





那里有许多来海边玩水晒太阳的人.也有很多玩冲浪滑板的年轻人. 我也看见好几个小孩正在建各式各样的沙丘,好像很好玩的样子.

哇! 其实走沙滩是很累的一件事喔. 我走到一半就要爸爸抱抱. 再加上我的裤脚都给弄湿了, 满脚都是沙, 肚子也开始饿了, 蛮不舒服的. 好在我包包里还有另外一条裤子和尿片可以替换,所以不至于那么狼狈.

换了干净的衣服之后,大家都有点累了,所以决定打道回府. Hmm...今天的准备不齐全, 下次有机会再来吧!
